Description

Ultra high solids epoxy paint Topcoat and Primer, Type IV, Class 2 in accordance with MIL-P-23236B, dated 11 Aug 88. Primer and topcoat must be from same manufacturer. Primer to include a photoluminescent component. Colors -- Green, White, Aqua, Green/Gold, Cream. Packaging to vary from 5 gallon cans to 50 gallon drums. Total aggregate quantity -- 3,215 gallons and six 5 gallon kits. FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington. Required Delivery -- 15 Dec 00. Constructive Acceptance is 60 days. This requirement will be procured under commercial, simplified acquisition procedures. RYG Program Evaluation applicable.
