SYNOPSIS: PRON: AX0Q0205AX, Noun: Generator, Electronic, NSN: 5895-01-353-4899; P/N: 8519059-903, Quantity : 20 each. Applicable to the OH-58D Airframe Unit. FOB Destination to Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved source is Honeywell Inc., Albuquerque, NM. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website (HYPERLINK http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/) and look under CSL or SAR information.
