- Providing Ambulance Services for Air Ambulance transportation of VA passengers to meet the needs of the following VA Medical Centers: Big Spring, Texas; El Paso, Texas, Amarillo/Lubbock, Texas, and Tucson, Arizona. All request must be in writing, and maybe faxed to (915) 264-4860. No telephone request will be honored. Solicitation will be available on or about November 17, 2000.
