Posters, 30 x 24" printing on the face only in 4-color process plus special dull black ink, with spot dull varnish and spot U.V. coating. Extensive digital retouching required. Government representative will be on site to provide guidance during digital retouching. Proofs will be reviewed at contractor's plant within 24 hours of completion of digital retouching. Press sheet inspection must be held within 24 hours of the OK of proofs. Stock: White No. 1 Coated Cover, Dull Finish, 100 lb., equal to JCP Code L61. Quality Level I required. Bids due by 2 p.m. prevailing Chicago, IL time on October 23, 2000. Award by October 25, 2000. Complete delivery (at destinations) by November 20, 2000.
