Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to provide required logistics services for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC). The contractor shall be required to provide the following logistics services: (1) conference and meeting support, to include (a) travel support, for non-Federal participants and speakers, as directed by the Project Officer; (b) identify, arrange and coordinate with the facility; and (c) prepare and distribute materials, as requested; (2) arrange pre-employment site visit travel for scholarship recipients, as requested; (3) arrange relocation of scholarship and loan repayment recipients, as requested to include transportation of household goods and travel; (4) develop, interface and maintain a database of information related to activities in the contract in relation to the NHSC database (BHCDANET/PRIMECARE); (5) use of the Internet (via NHSC website) for processing of requests and data collection, as developed and available. This requirement will be for one (1) base year and four (4) options years. This proposed requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Offers from concerns other than small business firms will not be considered. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561990 "All Other Support Services" and the small business size, in dollars, is $5.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Solicitation will be issued on or about November 6, 2000 with a closing date on or about December 21, 2000.
