Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Free Range Consultants LLC, 7806 Colonial Lane, Clinton, MD 20735 to continue work in preparing software and developing edits to identify duplicate addresses in the 2000 census address file. This project requires a contractor with a thorough knowledge of the Census Bureau mission and techniques, and has an in-depth knowledge of the MAF, TIGER, Census geography, geographic procedures and systems. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotatons; no solicitation will be issued.
