- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) intends to award to Arcata Associates for the RVCS 2000 is a Radar Video Compression System designed and Produced by Arcata Associates. The RVCS is proprietary to Arcata Associates. The Federal Aviation Administration, Eastern Region currently has an RVCS 2000 that requires factory upgrading. The upgrade requires the incorporation of additional Arcata Associates proprietary circuit boards. SEE Note 22.
