Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform the following work at the Station and Barracks Buildings, Fuel Pump Room, and Paint Locker of Station Tillamook Bay. Work includes (A) Replace specified exterior and interior doors, frames and related hardware with new steel metal doors. 1) Station Building _ 7 single doors, 1 pair of double doors 2) Barracks Building _ 4 single doors 3) Paint Locker _ 3 single doors 4) Fuel Pump Room _ 1 single door. (B) Repair the existing exterior insulation finish system (EIFS) on the Station and Barracks Buildings, Fuel Pump Room, and Paint Locker. (C) Touch up affected adjacent areas with primer and paint. . The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000 and is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation . The SIC code for this procurement is 1751. Size standard is $7.0 million. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
