Description

Work to include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove the air conditioning system, the halon fire suppression system, the acoustical ceiling and wall panels, and providing and installing a new air conditioning system, a new (clean agent) fire suppression system, and a new acoustical ceiling system. Additional work includes, demolition, electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum wallboard work, firestopping, concrete work, raised flooring, and thermal insulation of mechanical systems. Completion is 240 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude is $500K-$1M. DAAB17-01-B-0001 applies. Approximate issue and opening dates are 22 OCT 00/22 NOV 00. Exact dates will be as stated in the solicitation based upon when it is actually issued. Requests for copies should be made within ten days of the date of publication of this pre-solicitation notice and solicitation synopsis.
