Description

THIS IS A 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. THE SIC CODE IS 7349; THE NAICS CODE IS 56179 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $12.0 MILLION. Base Bid: Contractor shall be required to provide all material, labor and supervision necessary to pressure wash all pre-cast material at the VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410. This includes approximately 310,000 sf for main hospital, 24,000 sf for nursing home care unit, 21,000 sf for the parking garage, 2000 sf for bridges and 4,000 sf for entrance signs. Add Alternate I: in addition to base bid, shall include the sealcoating of the main hospital. Add Alternate II: in addition to base bid, shall include sealcoating all pre-cast material at the Medical Center. All quantities are estimates and contractor is responsible for verifying quantities. All work shall be performed in accordance with attached specifications. A site visit shall be conducted on November 6, 2000 at 1:00 pm. Only one site visit shall be conducted for this solicitation. The VA intends to award a single contract but reserves the right to make multiple awards if in the best interest of the Government. Solicitation issue date is on or about 10/30/00.
