Description

Radiological Services to be furnished at the VA Medical Center, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001-2480, for the period (1 year from date of award), with 2 one-year option to renew. Services include providing a Board-Certified Radiologist to interpret ultrasonic( including vascular), fluoroscopic, venogram, and arthrogram examinations (i.e. Barium enemas, GI's, IVP's), including performing interpretations and dictation of findings of all films, along with a prompt reporting of the results, within JACHO guideline time frame, which is within 24 hours. All services will be performed using VA facilities, and emergencies shall be provided within 1 hours of notification of need. Radiologist will be required to be present at the facility a minimum of 3 hours per day (daylight shift), 2 days per week, excluding Federal Holidays. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial Items and award will be in accordance with FAR 15.
