Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Polar Bowl's Turkey Shoot in December 2000 to be held at the Elmendorf Air Force Base Polar Bowl. We are seeking Hams and Turkeys for prizes. Total Estimate for Prizes are $650. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up boothes at the event. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be recieved no later than 17 November 2000. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Governmet. It does not obligate funds of the Government.
