Description

This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement for various plants to be furnished to the Little Rock, Arkansas Commissary, and for the provision of on-site incidental services. All plants will be on a guaranteed sales basis -- those not acceptable to the customer will either be replaced or be voluntarily credited back to the Government. The Government is obligated only to the extent of AUTHORIZED purchases actually made under this BPA. Performance period shall be from approximately November 15, 2000, or date of award to November 14, 2003. Projected issue date of Solicitation No: DeCA20-01-T-0001 is October 27, 2000. Estimated closing date is November 10, 2000. Acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered .
