Description

The Coastal Systems Station has a requirement for thirty (30) Portable Compressors, Diesel driven, for support of combatant diving operations. The compressor shall be a Bauer Model M-D/DV with P-1 filtration system. The compressor must meet the minimum requirements listed; (a) 7.0 standard cubic feet per minute flow, (b) 3000 psi output, (c) compatible with marine environment, (d) Meet USN diver air quality standards, (e) 15,000 cubic feet of air processing per cartridge, (f) 250 pounds maximum weight, (g) 46 X 20 X 24 inches, maximum dimensions, (h) Approved for Navy use. The contractor shall deliver 30 compressors within 150 days after contract award. A technical proposal is required. Request for the solicitation shall be referred to the Contract Specialist referenced above. Solicitation will be available for download on or about 1 Nov 00. Solicitations and any Amendments may be downloaded from http://www.ncsc.navy.mil/Contracts/Tables/soltab.htm. No solicitations or Amendments will be mailed to offerors. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the potential offeror to be cognitive of the CSS Internet for all releases.
