- Description
- Miscellaneous tank repairs, gas freeing, bulkhead repairs, and shipalts. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The time and location for contractors' inspection will be determined at a later date. The tentative availability dates are February 12, 2001 through August 6, 2001 with work to take place at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The place of performance is restricted to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. This is a best value procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation factor.
