SYNOPSIS: PRON: AX051128AX; Noun: Retainer, Gear, NSN: 1615-01-160-3493, P/N: 7-113100125, Quantity: 18 each. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Destination to Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved business source is McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. Award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
