Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to contract on a sole source basis with the O'Connor Peters Group, Inc. (OPG), 805 N.W. 12th Street, Blue Springs, MO for a series of rapid rate process reengineering workshops for FY00 and FY01. These workshops involve team formation, process reengineering training, and total reengineering of three processes within a four-day period. OPG is the only firm capable of providing these services. Based on their prior experience and knowledge of operations and process reengineering at other NSWC Divisions. The solicitation is planned for issuance approximately 25 October 2000 with a closing date of approximately 08 November 2000. This requirement is being processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, synopses and resulting solicitations with any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply. Hard copies WILL NOT be provided. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD Web Site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments. DoD will no longer award contracts to Contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
