Single award term contract for period beginning 030101 and ending 022802 for Defense Automated Printing Service. Production area, assumed 100 km (62 mile) radius of zero milestone, Washington, DC. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Furnished material pickup in Arlington, VA. Newsletter: 6 orders for approximately 17,000 to 20,000 copies of 4 pages per order. Card and Postcard (face and back): 4 orders for approximately 25,000 copies per order. Size: Newsletter -- 216 x 279 mm (8 x 11"), Card -- 76 x 194 mm (3 x 7-5/8"), Post card 152 x 98 mm (6 x 3-7/8"). Printing in four color process. Operations include electronic prepress, binding, packing, deliver f.o.b. destination and mail f.o.b. contractor's city. Quality Level III. Contractor furnish paper.
