- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bliss is assisting the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery School in contracting for Interactive Multimedia Instruction. The U. S. Army Air Defense Artillery School (USAADASCH) request the delivery of standardized individual and collective training programs using Distance Learning methods and interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) application for both resident/institutional training and non-resident distance education training for our ADA soldiers. Training products require review, revision, conversion and in some cases development from existing Total Army Training System (TATS) courseware to interactive multimedia instruction. Training products and programs shall be designed/developed using the systems approach to training (SAT) process as defined in Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70.IMI products shall include configuration management of authoring systems, customized authoring systems, independent verification and validation of training materials, analysis of training effectiveness, training distribution, evaluation of training, plans, directives, and delivery of training products on compact disk-read only memory (CD-ROM). All training products shall allow the transfer of hypertext linkage for internet ready application and use, playable on the Army's Reimer Digital Library (RDL) for world wide web (WWW) soldier access. You will be required to submit a capability statement and/or proposal to demonstrate knowledge of requirement, to include price for one hour of development of Interactive Multimedia Instructions.
