Description

Architect-Engineering firm to provide all necessary A/E services to prepare all contract documents and drawings to Renovate 3E Clinics, Project # 526-01-103. The scope consists of, but is not limited to, renovating approx. 20,000 square feet of space located on the third floor of the Bronx, VAMC (Bldg. 1000, primarily in the 3E area. This space will accommodate the following functions in one functional space: Neurology clinics, including EEG lab and administration offices, and the Parkinson Research, Education, and Clinical Center(PADRECC)offices. The A/E shall analyze the existing areas in order to determine the capacity and size of the new rooms for use by the programs and meet with program officials to determine space and functional needs. The A/E shall determine the location and elevation of all utilities HVAC, Electrical,Plumbing, Sprinklers, Fire Alarm, Emergency Power, etc. The estimated construction range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
