NSN 4810-00-992-1514 FPC00265000633 Housing, Valve, Butterfly. Purchased in accordance with Ontic Engineering and Mfg Inc. or United Technologies Inc. Part Number 481311. Deliver 38 each, FOB destination; inspection and acceptance at destination to Tinker AFB, OK in 300 days. Note 26 applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 11/06/00. Hard copies are not available. Specifications plans or drawings are not available for competitive distribution, therefore the government intendt to purchase in accordance with 10 USC(c)(1) by manufacturer's part number. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted solicitation which means it is not set aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitaiton.
