Inspection and acceptance at origin. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of November 6, 2000. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is not set aside for small business, however for reporting purposes, the small business size is 1000 employees. The government does not possess complete unrestricted data, therefore, pecifications, plans or drawings are not available, item is purchased in accordance with the only known manufacturer's part number. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
