Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is (Request for Quotation) RFQ 60-00-003. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This procurement falls within the definition of North America Industry Classification Code 333120. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable to this procurement. Technical specifications are: L3710 4x4 tractor; LA681 loader; L1743A HD bucket; BL1767 quick hitch; L2086 hydraulic valve; K9048 36" pallet forks; L2077A pallet fork frame; BL4690-1 backhoe; BT1951 12" bucket; L2052-1 two-stage front snow blower; L2054B mounting kit; and L2051A PTO drive kit. Delivery will be made to the Forest Service shop in Ketchum, Idaho. Delivery time is 45 calendar days. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this procurement.
