Description

Provide Architect Engineer Services for an open-ended contract for Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Industrial Hygiene Services at the CTVHCS. Contract will be written for base year plus four option years. Specialized experience in design of health care renovation is required. Firms should submit projects that have required and can be verified for cost estimating accuracy and must have a proven ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within the scheduled times. Experience working at sites on the national register of historic places is highly desirable. This contract will be awarded with no guarantees as to the amount of fees that will be paid during the contract duration. Firms MUST be located within a 150 mile radius of Temple, Texas to be considered. Projects may be located at any Central Texas VA site which include Temple, Marlin and Waco. This notice is for submission of 254/255's from interested/qualified A/E firms located within a 150 miles radius of Temple, Texas
