This is a correction to a previous CBD Announcement. 1.) Note Telephone Number Changes for Contract Specialist and Technical POC. 2.) Due Date Changed to 9 November 2000. 3.) Change all references to "Delivery Orders" to "Task Orders". 4.) 1. GENERAL CONTRACT INFORMATION, change "The second contract will be awarded within 9 months of this announcement" to "The second contract will be awarded within 6 months of this announcement". The current subcontracting goals are changed as follows: 61.4% to Small Business, 9.1% to Small Disadvantaged Business, 5.0% to Women-Owned Small Business, and 2.0% to HUBZONE Small Business. The statement, "The Contracting Officer will consider the following factors in deciding which Contractor will be selected to negotiate an order..." is changed to, "Once both contracts are awarded, the Contracting Officer will consider the following factors in deciding which Contractor will be selected to negotiate an order...". 5.) 3.
