Description

The FHWA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the National Academy of Science, 2101 constitution Ave. N.W. Washington, D.C. 20418. The contract objectives are :1)Provide guidance in the conduct and effectiveness of the LTPP research program, product development, delivery and coordination and communication activities.2)Provide guidance in the conduct and effectiveness of the CPTP research, development, delivery and long range planning activities. 3)Provide technical assistance in the conduct, coordination and communication of FHWA_s pavement technology program. See Note 22.
