Servies Non-Personal: To provide sports officiating services for basketball, volleyball, softball and football. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside and reserved exclusively for small business concern If no acceptable offers are receive from responsible small business concerns, the set-aside shall be withdrawn and the requirement, if still valid, ONLY THEN, shall it be resolicited on an unrestricted basis.
