Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following Leitz PMM Quindos/B3 controller upgrade, Qty 1, to include the following items: B3 Electronic System, Microprocessor control electronics in modular design with integated watchdog CE conform, high speed scanning, probe pin clamping, Digital resolution of .025um, Fast & accurate vector positioning, automatic test program of machine status, Roll around joystick panel w/alphanumeric display, Leitz dimensional auto-change probe head (no auto-change rack), calibration, Installation and 1 year Warranty. This requirement is sole sourced to Browne & Sharpe, 13907 Artesia Boulevard, Cerritos, CA 90703 to be compatible with existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the required upgrade may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment, which will be considered by this agency.
