The evaluation will be Best Value-Past Performance and not necessarily the low price. This modification constitutes Amendment 0001 to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation for the procurement of Micro Fiber Boards/Panels. In order to acknowledge this Amendment,you may use your company letterhead with a statement that you acknowledge receipt of this Amendment.
