Description

Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment necessary to install casework (base cabinets) with sink, two supply diffusers into the lay-in ceiling, two power circuits for the cook/chill equipment, drain and domestic water lines for the new sink, painting, repair of room and related work. All work will be done at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Government estimate is $25,000 -- $100,000. The NAICS Code is 23332 and the applicable size standard is $27.5 million in annual receipts for the past three years. PROJECTED issue date is 10/26/00 with a PROJECTED bid opening date of 11/29/00.
