- This solicitation which appeared in the CBDNet on 2 August 2000 and 12 September 2000 is modified to change the solicitation number from "DACW01-00-R-0065" to "DACW01-01-R-0003". All contractors previously registered under DACA01-00-R-0065 and DACW01-00-R-0065 will be automatically registered under the new solicitation number DACW01-01-R-0003. All other information published in the original synopsis is correct.
