Description

N68950-00-Q-3534, CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR THE NAVAL & MARINE CORPS RESERVE CENTER TOLEDO, PERRYSBURG, OHIO. This solicitation will be issued as a performance contract, best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include past performance in similar work and performance plan. The estimated performance is base year + 4 (12 months) option periods. The work includes all labor, transportation, supervision, quality control methods, materials and equipment to provide custodial services at the NMCRC facility located at 28828 Glenwood Road, Perrysburg, Ohio. Custodial services includes all designated space including but not limited to halls, rest rooms, office space, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, elevators, and stairways as specified in the specifications. Estimated total value of this solicitation is between $100,000-$175,000. This proposed contract listed here is an Small Business Set-aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 Janitorial Services (SIC 7349). The size standard for Small Business is $12.0 million. Release date for solicitation was October 10, 2000. Proposals will be due October 24, 2000 at 4:00 PM Indiana Local Time. The Government intends on issuing the solicitation through the use of the Internet. All prospective offerors and plan rooms must register on the web-site.
