Description

The Government desires to contract sole source with the firm of Miller Dyer Spears, Inc. (MDS) for architectural and engineering services (review of shop drawings and other contractor submittals) in support of the proposed construction of the Golf Clubhouse at McGuire AFB, NJ. The estimated value of services is $30-50K. As a stipulation to the proposed contract, the firm awarded this work will be required to assume liability for the accuracy of the design as already prepared by MDS.
