Description
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Director Program Analysis and Evaluation (PAE), is seeking qualified sources capable of assessing technologies associated with the emerging mission requirement to accomplish facilities clearing. Areas of key interest include overall non-lethal capabilities; intelligence gathering capabilities; incapacitation of occupants; communications capabilities; and general security. The goal of this effort is to develop a hierarchical set of technologies; identify their associated risk constraints; and to examine such factors as affordability, maturity, commerciality, and other market considerations. Firms possessing the expertise to accomplish such a requirement are invited to submit their capabilities statement. The following materials must be included in the submission: Statement of capabilities to accomplish the proposed effort; current GSA schedule contract information and pricing schedule; and other matter directly addressing the firm's ability to meet the aforementioned needs. Interested firms are requested to respond NLT 23 October 2000, identifying their business size and a corporate point of contact. Following initial assessment of vendor capabilities, qualified firms will be provided with a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) to further develop their approach to the requirements. Offerors will be selected on the basis of oral proposals and limited written submissions addressing (1) Approach to the Requirement, (2) Personnel Qualifications, and (3) Past Performance.
