Description

VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a Board Certified Nephrologist to provide administrative and clinical services on a full time basis. Nephrologist providing services under the resultant contract shall meet all professional certifications and licensing as required. The qualifications of such personnel shall also be subject to review and approval by the VAMC Chief of Staff. Resultant contract shall be for a base and two (2) one (1) year options. This acquisition is unrestricted and NAICS Code 541990 applies. Request for solicitation package shall be submitted in writing to the above address or faxed to (540) 983-1065.
