There are more than 3 destinations. Delivery: should be able to deliver within 70 days after date of contract award. Facsimile transmittal is acceptable See Section L-11 of the solicitation for information. Note the following change regarding how to receive a copy of the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained from the DSCC RFP/IFB Web-site. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. To get a copy you will need to access the web-site. Note that RFP will not be posted to the web-site until the issue date of the solicitation. The issue date for this solicitation is November 1, 2000. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
