Description

Note #1. Furnish intermittent flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of the following type aircraft: Helo-Courier or equal, which is snow landing equipped, and a Cessna Caravan or equal. Only one type of aircraft will be used for each mission. Aircraft will be used by the Bureau of Land Management for resource projects on the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska. Base of Operation is Fairbanks, Alaska. Services will be intermittent between October 13, 2000 and April 30, 2001 with an estimated 160 hours of flight time. Offeror must be an approved ARA operator with the Office of Aircraft Services. Pilots must be experienced flying transects using a GPS. Prefer pilots with experience flying in winter conditions on the North Slope.
