Description

The Defense Supply Service -- Washington (DSS-W), on the behalf of The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), requires a contract to procure court reporting services and verbatim transcriptions for hearings and other ASBCA proceedings held at local, national, and overseas locations. Verbatim transcripts are to be delivered in electronic and hardcopy form, in word processing format, within 5 or 15 business days, as ordered. The contractor must have adequate resources and infrastructure to handle significant travel and late cancellations. A security clearance and the ability to process classified information to the level of SECRET will be required for select cases. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year and four option years.All interested parties should contact the DSS-W POC via e-mail (Sidney.Koss@hqda.army.mil) to request copy of the Request For Quotes (RFQ) no later than 13 NOV 2000. Proposals will be required 30 days following official release of the RFQ.
