Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Fluent Incorporation, 10 Cavendish Court, Centerra Resource Park, Lehanon, NH 03766-1442, for the contractor to provided "Consulting Services on Fluent, Inc. Software for Simulating Pollutant Dispersion in Human Expose Micoenvironments". The contractor is to provide specialized set up and support for developing and evaluating applications of the Fluent Incorporated Computational Fluid Dynamics Software(CFD). EPA believes that Fluent Incorporated is the only vendor capable of satisfying the requirements stated above. Fluent Incorporated is the only vendor that can fully evaluate specialized set up and modifications to their proprietary source code. No Solicitation is available. All interested parties who believe they can provide the required services should fully explain their capabilities in writing within 15 days of the date of this announcement. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources (s) exist and, therefore, no RFP is available. Consequently, any response(s) failing to provide the aforementioned data but instead choosing to merely submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFP will be ignored.
