Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is seeking qualified and experienced property management firms to provide property management services for three (3) multi-family clusters, having a total of twenty-one (21) developments, for a combined total of 1,092 units to be managed. The selected Property Management Firm(s) will include, but not be limited to the following: tenant screening, apartment leasing, lease execution, rent collections, lease enforcement, full maintenance responsibilities, maintaining full responsibilities of staff, unit turnaround, annual income reviews, financial management responsibilities, purchasing of supplies and services, provide full security for the SLHA's residents and property. The management firm(s) must comply with all HUD rules and regulations. Solicitation documents will be available at no charge beginning Thursday, October 12, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. from the SLHA Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the SLHA Offices, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108 on October 24, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for these services until 2:00 p.m. (local time) Friday, November 10, 2000. All Offerors must comply with MBE/WBE and Section 3 requirements.
