Description

HHS/PSC/AOS/Division of Acquisitions Management, ADP Acquisitions Branch, intends to renew the subscription for Lexis-Nexis under the Library of Congress's FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for FY01. The period of performance shall be from October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. This requirement is for on-line electronic retrieval from databases which give full text access to legal information and news from over 140 national and international publications and wire services. This service provides for information in the areas of legislation, regulation, business, financial, public record, medical, current affairs, and news wire stories. Legislative databases include access to case law, administrative decisions, statutes, regulations, law reviews and speciality publications. No solicitation is available, therefore interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish this requirement; including technical and pricing data. All responses must be directed to the attention of Shelby Buford, Jr., referencing 01X201005. If no affirmative responses are received by October 25, 2000, the Contracting Officer will proceed with this acquisition to Lexis-Nexis.
