Description

Various models of Body Masters sturdy benches(12 line items). E-mail or fax request to buyer and complete listing will be provided. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1(Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluations-Commercial Items) 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commercial items), 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions -- commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statues or executive orders-commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (912) 926-3569.
