This is a request for quote for commercial items. The following item description meets the minimum needs of the government and constitutes a brand name or equal requirement. Please quote on the following items. Line Item 0001: Quantity -- 3 each; Description -- 2200 Lumen LCD Projector with 1024 X 768 Resolution, Mfg: Sharp, Part Number: XG-NV6XU. Line Item 0002: Quantity -- 3 each; Description -- LCD Projector Mount, Mfg: Sharp, Part Number: ANCG-CM. Line Item 0003: Quantity -- 3 each; Description -- Above Ceiling Mount Structure. Line Item 0004: Quantity -- 1 each; Description -- Programming for Projector Control Change. Line Item 0005: Quantity -- 1 each; Description -- Surface Mount Computer Interface, Mfg: INLINE, Part Number: IN2111. Line Item 0006: Quantity -- 3 each; Description -- CRT Projector Removal. Line Item 0007: Quantity -- 1 each; Description -- Programming System Changes. Line Item 0008: Quantity -- 2 each; Description -- Control Card for New Projectors, Mfg: AMX, Part Number: AXC-232. Line Item 0009: Quantity -- 4 each; Description -- Surface Mount Computer Interface Blank Plates, Mfg: INLINE, Part Number: IN9350W. Line Item 0011: Quantity -- 1 each; Description -- Labor to Install New Projectors, Equipment, Programming, and Removal of CRT Projectors. Installation of all Line Items shall be completed by 6 November 2000. A Site Visit will be conducted on 16 October 2000 at 7:30 am MST at the Technical Support Facility (TSF), Building 101, Room 215A, Cheyenne Mountain AS, Colorado interested parties shall meet at the Cheyenne Mountain As Visitors Center at 7:00 am MST on 16 October 2000. All interested parties shall provide the following information to reserve a spot for the site visit: Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Place of Birth and Company name. This information shall be provided to SSgt Dale W. The North American Industry Classification Number is 333315 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business. Award will be based upon the following Best Value Evaluation Factors: (A) Technical acceptability of item(s) offered, if quoting an equal item contractor shall provide technical specifications with quote.
