- Due Date: 10/30/00 CORRECTION: This announcement is a correction of a previously advertised procurement posted on 4/25/00. Description: Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in the County of Philadelphia in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Term Construction Contract for repair and alteration projects ranging from approximately $100.00 to $25,000.00. The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $25,000.00. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government anticipates making multiple awards and estimates to make six (6) awards under the subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. The contract will be for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year unilateral options on the part of the Government. This requirement is being solicited under Full and Open Competition Procedures under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Note that this procurement is being partially set-aside under the 8(a) program of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637 (a)) AND partially set-aside under the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Act of 1997 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631 note).
