Description

Provide all Labor, Materials and Equipment for the installation of a new high efficient natural gas furnace with an outside condensing unit at Fort Belknap Quarters Unit No. 101. New ductwork and diffusers will be installed throughout the quarters. The existing electric baseboard heaters on the main floor will be removed. The location of the project is on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, Fort Belknap, Montana. The work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, equipment installation, patching and repairs. The range of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000.
