Description

Provide all labor and materials necessary to remove existing water heaters (3 each) and install a duplex semi-instantaneous steam water heater to serve the main hospital building at the VA Medical Center, Grand Junction, CO. It is important to note that demolition will not be allowed to start until a firm delivery date of replacement water heaters is known. This is to prevent a long period of time with no backup water heaters. IFB will be available October 27, 2000 and must be requested in writing by mail, e-mail or fax (970) 244-7721. Range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Bid opening is November 28, 2000.
