Description

The purpose of this contract is to contract for construction of a single story, slab-on grade, 1100 square foot addition to the west end of the existing Leavenworth Ranger Station main office (Bldg #2084). Work includes demolition, site work, concrete, carpentry, cedar shake roofing, doors, windows, finishes, HVAC, and electrical (including new electrical service) for addition. Other work items may include exterior stairway to existing basement, skylights, heating and cooling in existing attic, and brick pavers for walkways north of proposed addition. Government Estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid, performance and payment bonds are required. Estimated start work date is 4/16/01 with 150 calendar days contract time. Standard Industrial Code is 1542. NAICS Code is 233320. Proposals will be evaluated using past performance criteria. Documents should be available aproximately 10/25/00.
