ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION FOR BID IFB #00-012 Clearview Park and James Park Unit Renovations and Common Area Renovations The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), St. Petersburg, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified, responsible firms interested in performing renovations to bathrooms and kitchens at SPHA's Clearview Park and James Park Housing Developments in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD). PROPOSED SCHEDULE October 8 & 15, 2000 Advertise Invitation for Bid October 11, 2000 Invitation for Bid Documents ready for pick-up October 18, 2000 Pre-Bid Conference A pre-bid conference will be held at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority's James Park Community Center located at 1051 3rd Ave. N., St. Petersburg, Florida, 33733 at 10:00 a.m. Although not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend. November 1, 2000 Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please fax your request for an IFB package to (727) 323-3226 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You may also pick-up a copy in person at 3250 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713 from Ms. Lori Allen during the same days and hours. A nonrefundable plans fee of $25.00 per set for plans and specifications must be received at the time of issuance of distribution to each prospective bidder. SPHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS IF SUCH ACTION IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL INFORMALITIES AND MINOR IRREGULARITIES.
