Description

This is advise of the Veteran Administration's intent to enter into a sole source leasing agreement with Ophtalmic Instrument Co., Avon Industria Park, 33 Wales Avenue, Avon, MA 02322 (Contact Sandy at 800-272-2070). Location is to be the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516. Period of lease to be one year with four option years. The equipment to be leased is a Fundus camera. This devise has a combination pump system for both the cataract and retina surgery, made by Bausch & Lomb.
