Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Heartland Network VISN 15, 4101 S. 4th St. Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048 is issuing a solicitation for wheelchair patient transportation in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. These services are for the VA Medical Center(s) John Cochran Division, 915 S. Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63106 and Jefferson Barracks Division, #1 Jefferson Barracks Dr., St. Louis, MO 63125. The contract will be for a base year with four (4) one-year options to renew. This is a 100% total Small Business Set-Aside. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing, faxed requests are acceptable (Fax 913-758-6495). Solicitation will be issued o/a 10/11/00, with quotes being due o/a 11/3/00. This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Test Program. This is a commercial service under the test program and a combination of Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 12, 13 and 14 apply to this procurement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 485991. The small business size standard is $5.0 million.
